Shenzhen, China – April 18, 2025 — At this year’s ChinaPlas, held from April 15 to 18 in Shenzhen, Dongguan Jinfuliang made a strong impression with the launch of its latest innovation: a blown-film grade biodegradable calcium carbonate masterbatch. The new product quickly became a highlight of the event, attracting significant attention from both domestic and international attendees.

The Bio-CaCo3 masterbatch is composed of a mixture of bio-resin, modified CaCo3 and additives. It's compatible with PBAT, making it a perfect material for film blowing. 

It helps to minimize the consumption of bioplastics in the production process, which can reduce costs. Second, customers can decide the formula themselves, with a maximum ratio of no more than 6:4 (CaCo3 MB : Pure PBAT) . What's more, the sealing time can be extended to 14 days, even 30 days, and with better aging performance, one year and three months shelf life (Depend on which kind of PBAT)
